02/25/2026, 09:13There have been changes in the ownership structure of OJSC “National Investment Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.” Specifically, 100% of the company's shares have been transferred from the State Agency for State Property Management to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
According to the disclosed information, prior to the change, the fund was owned by the State Agency for State Property Management, which held 10 million 10 thousand ordinary shares, corresponding to 100% of the authorized capital of 1.001 billion KGS.
On February 19, 2026, the agency withdrew from the group of shareholders. Its share decreased to 0 shares.
On the same day, 100% of the shares — 10 million 10 thousand shares with a par value of 1.001 billion KGS — were transferred to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
Thus, the asset was transferred from the body managing state property to the relevant economic department.
