These figures are contained in the statistics on the activities of insurance organizations for January–March.
At the same time, the volume of insurance premiums collected was nearly three times higher than the payouts. Over the quarter, companies received 2.94 million KGS in insurance premiums for this type of insurance, having concluded 882 policies.
If we divide the total amount of payouts by the number of insurance claims, it turns out that, on average, insurers paid about 26,000 KGS per incident.
Despite the relatively small volume of payouts, the motor vehicle liability insurance market remains one of the key elements in protecting road users.
