Previously, tons of paper were required to process documents, which took a lot of time and resources. Now, thanks to electronic documents, it is possible to save up to 30 minutes per process and reduce costs by almost 90%. In 2024, the state has saved more than 1 billion 205 million soms due to the transition to digital format.
In addition, electronic document management has strengthened management control. The system makes it easy to track who is delaying tasks and who is withholding documents. Now papers do not lie for months in folders on desks, which significantly reduces bureaucracy and increases efficiency.
