01/23/2026, 17:00On January 23, the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange recorded the largest transactions with shares of Airports of Kyrgyzstan. The company placed shares worth 9.57 billion KGS on the primary market.
According to trading data, transactions with the company's common shares were conducted at a price of 424.066 KGS per share. The total volume of transactions amounted to 9.57 billion KGS, with 48 transactions involving more than 22.5 million shares.
The placement of shares is related to the decisions taken by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of JSC Airports of Kyrgyzstan, which took place on October 31 last year. At that time, the shareholders approved an increase in the number of shares in circulation through an additional issue of the seventh issue of ordinary registered shares.
As part of the additional issue, the company approved the issue of 27 million 65 thousand 652 ordinary shares with a par value of 424.0657 KGS per share for a total amount of 11.48 billion KGS. The placement was planned in the form of a private subscription among all shareholders registered on the date of the meeting, in proportion to their shareholding.
