03/10/2026, 18:04Today, March 10, the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration hosted the first meeting of the working group dedicated to discussing the mechanisms for implementing the new state benefit “Bala Yrysy”.
The meeting was opened by Kamchybek Dosmatov, First Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic. In his speech, he noted that the introduction of the new benefit is aimed at strengthening state support for families with children and increasing their level of social protection.
“Today we are beginning an important stage—discussing the practical mechanisms for implementing the new ”Bala Yrysy“ benefit. Our goal is to develop solutions that will allow us to provide the most effective support to families with children and ensure a fair and understandable procedure for receiving state assistance”, — Kamchybek Dosmatov emphasized.
Work on developing mechanisms for the Bala Yrysy benefit will continue in further meetings of the interdepartmental working group with the involvement of interested government agencies and experts.
