The National Bank has suspended the licenses of two currency exchange offices in Bishkek

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has suspended the licenses of two currency exchange offices in Bishkek for violating legal requirements and the regulator’s regulations.

Specifically, the license of Grand Cash LLC, issued on May 26, 2022, has been suspended for the period from April 30 to May 4, 2026. The currency exchange bureau operated in the capital on Abdrakhmanov Street.

In addition, the license of Expo Money LLC (operating on the market since February 2023), located on Moskovskaya Street, has been suspended from April 29 to May 1, 2026.

The regulator does not specify the nature of the violations, but emphasizes that the measures were taken in accordance with current legislation and are aimed at ensuring compliance with established requirements in the foreign exchange market.
