09/18/2026, 11:47OJSC ‘Kyrgyzstan Airports’ will increase the number of shares in circulation through the additional issue of 3,274,242 ordinary registered shares of the ninth issue. This decision was taken by the company’s shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting.
The market value of one share has been set at 415.73 KGS. The total value of the additional issue will amount to 1 billion 361 million 200 thousand 626.66 KGS.
The shares will be placed by private placement amongst all the company’s shareholders registered in the register as at 11 September 2026. Each shareholder will be able to subscribe for shares in the additional issue in proportion to their stake in the company at a price of 415.73 KGS per share.
The placement will commence the day after the issue has been officially registered by the competent authority and will last for 30 days. Payment for the shares may be made in cash and/or movable or immovable property. The ninth issue will be deemed to have been successfully completed if at least 80 per cent of the shares issued are placed.
