09/11/2025, 11:47Ayil State Bank plans to issue its own bonds for the first time. The issue of debt securities is included in the agenda of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting to be held on 16 September.
The bank has not issued bonds before. If shareholders support this decision, the bank will be able to diversify its sources of financing and attract long-term resources through the capital market.
In addition to discussing the first bond issue, shareholders will consider two other issues: the formation of a counting commission and the approval of a new version of the bank's charter.
