Shareholders of Aigul OJSC approved the transfer of 100% stake in Aigul Plus to the state

Shareholders of the garment factory JSC ‘Aigul’ decided to transfer to the state free of charge 100% of the share in the subsidiary Aigul Plus LLC.

According to the data of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KASE), the relevant decision was made on 5 February 2025 at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held in Bishkek. The initiative was supported by the owners of 77.06% of the company's shares.

According to the decision, the General Director was instructed to conclude an agreement with the State Agency for State Property Management (SAUGI) and determine the terms of the transfer of assets. Aigul Plus LLC was founded in 2021 and is engaged in pre-school education. The organisation is registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, and at the specified address in Bishkek there is a kindergarten and an educational centre.
