Shareholders of the Koshoy Sugar Factory will receive 25% of the profits as dividends

The shareholders of the Koshoy Sugar Factory have decided to allocate a portion of the profits to shareholder distributions. Following the annual general meeting held on April 1, it was approved to pay out 25% of net profit as dividends, amounting to 25.65 million KGS.

The payout amount has been set at 44.24 KGS per share. Payments will begin as early as April 6—shareholders will be able to receive the money in cash or via bank transfer. The list of shareholders eligible for dividends was compiled as of March 1.

Thus, the company adheres to a policy of partial profit distribution, maintaining a balance between payouts and reinvestment.

The number of shareholders and those holding stakes of 5% or more is not disclosed in public sources. However, according to documents dated 2024, 36.05% of the authorized capital was owned by Agro Holding Group LLC.
