The car assembly plant has increased its stake in FAZ to 88%

The Automobile Assembly Plant has increased its stake in FAZ LLC. The company reported this to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

According to the disclosed information, the issuer’s stake in the company’s authorized capital rose from 87.72% to 88%. The change took place on April 30, 2026.

Prior to the transaction, the “Car Assembly Plant” owned 93,687 shares; after the transaction, it owned 94,906 shares.

Thus, the “Car Assembly Plant” continued to consolidate control over its subsidiary, increasing its stake in the company by another 0.28 percentage points.

It should be noted that the primary business activity of FAZ LLC is listed as automobile manufacturing.
