09/10/2026, 18:06The Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic announces that on 10 September, funding was allocated for the next instalment of the ‘Bala Yrysy’ monthly state allowance.
Following an update to the database, the phased processing of applications received and additional data verification, a total of 232,229 recipients were identified for the payment. The total amount of funding amounted to 285,588,480 KGS.
‘Bala Yrysy’ is provided to children from birth until they reach the age of three. The basic allowance is 1,200 KGS per month, whilst for certain categories of settlements, the amount is determined taking into account the established regional coefficients.
The Ministry of Labour will continue to improve the digital and organisational processes for delivering the allowance, taking into account the experience gained during the first few months of the programme’s implementation and feedback from the public, to ensure that receiving state support is as simple, straightforward and reliable as possible for every family.
