The service is provided via BPay Global B.S.C.(c) — a Binance Group company licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain.
The new feature allows users to top up their accounts directly in US dollars and transfer funds between their fiat wallet and cryptocurrency without using third-party services. This simplifies the management of digital assets and makes the transition between traditional finance and cryptocurrency more convenient.
There are several ways to top up your account: via SWIFT transfer, Visa and Mastercard bank cards, as well as using Apple Pay and Google Pay. Binance does not charge a fee for deposits made via SWIFT. Funds in US dollars are held in a regulated fiat e-wallet and are available for use across all the platform’s services.
Users can top up their account using a bank card issued by a local bank, or via SWIFT, Apple Pay and Google Pay. To do this, they need to open a BPay account in the Binance app and select their preferred method of deposit. Deposits via bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed instantly, whilst SWIFT transfers are credited within three working days.
Binance noted that the launch of the service is aimed at further integrating the traditional financial system with the digital asset market.
“We believe that the future of finance is built on interconnection, not division. By developing solutions that bridge traditional finance and digital assets, Binance is making modern financial opportunities simpler, more accessible and closer to millions of users,” said Kirill Khomyakov, Binance’s Regional Head for Central Asia and Africa.
The company added that the new feature enabling direct deposits and withdrawals in US dollars via BPay Global is part of Binance’s infrastructure development, aimed at enhancing the convenience, security and accessibility of working with digital assets.
