06/02/2026, 15:03At their annual general meeting on 29 April 2026, the shareholders of OJSC ‘Bishkeksut’ resolved to pay dividends based on the company’s financial results. The dividend has been set at 27.76 KGS per share.
Taking into account the number of issued shares, which stands at 2,941,400, the total amount of dividend payments will be approximately 81.65 million KGS. Payments will commence on 15 June 2026 in both cash and non-cash forms. Shareholders may collect their dividends at the following address: Bishkek, Chui Avenue, 12a.
According to the issue details, the placement price per share was 38.645 KGS. Consequently, the dividend yield relative to the placement price reached 71.83%, meaning that shareholders will receive a payment equivalent to almost three-quarters of the value of a single share.
