07/28/2025, 10:19BNC FINANCE, one of the oldest brokers on the Kyrgyz securities market, has announced that it has lost access to the domain www.bnc.kg. The company has used this address for many years but currently has no connection to it. This is stated in an official letter sent to the Financial Supervisory Authority.
At the time of publication, the website www.bnc.kg features an advertisement for the WowBet mobile app, which specialises in sports betting and online games, including casinos. The product is promoted as the ‘best online casino of 2025’ with promises of bonuses and ‘fair payouts.’
At the same time, Finnadzor warns users that activities related to the organisation of gambling are strictly regulated by national legislation. In particular, according to Article 5 of the Law ‘On Gambling’, only legal entities in the form of LLCs or CJSCs are entitled to provide such services, provided they have a licence issued by an authorised state body in Kyrgyzstan.
In addition, the law establishes a list of persons who are prohibited from participating in gambling. These include Kyrgyz citizens, foreigners under the age of 21, and incapacitated foreign citizens.
Finadzor urged citizens to be vigilant and not to associate the name BNC Finance with the domain www.bnc.kg, which is now promoting products that have nothing to do with brokerage activities.
