An irrigation system is being laid for the first time in two residential areas

City hall employees inspected green areas in the residential neighbourhoods of Bakai-Ata and Krasny Stroitiel, assessed the condition of public spaces, and issued instructions to the relevant services for their improvement.

Employees of the Bishkekzelenburot municipal enterprise began landscaping and cleaning up the areas. To date, dry trees and shrubs (deadwood) have been removed, the lawn has been mowed, the children's playground has been painted, rubbish and household waste have been removed, and the ground level has been lowered.

Special attention has been paid to drainage, as these residential areas previously lacked a drainage system. At present, employees of the municipal enterprise Bishkekzelenbud are manually laying drainage ditches. The system will effectively drain rainwater and irrigation water, protecting the areas from flooding.
