At the end of last year, local budget revenues amounted to 30.6 billion KGS

First Deputy Mayor of Bishkek Mirlanbek Baigonchokov presented the results of the capital's local budget revenue execution.

The dynamics of local budget revenues over the past five years show an increase of 22.1 billion KGS, with a 3.6-fold growth. This positive trend indicates a significant strengthening of the revenue base and growth in the financial capabilities of the city's local budget.

At the end of 2025, the actual execution of local budget revenues amounted to 30.6 billion KGS, which exceeded the revised plan by 3.8%, or 1.1 billion KGS.

Tax revenues amounted to 20 billion 363.1 million KGS, with the plan fulfilled by 105.4%, which is 1 billion 36.6 million soms more than the planned figure. Compared to 2024, the growth rate of actual tax revenue was 122.5% (actually 16 billion 626 million KGS, an increase of 3 billion 737.1 million KGS compared to last year).

Non-tax revenues amounted to 2.9 billion KGS, and targeted transfers amounted to 7.3 billion KGS.
