The State Tax Service has published a list of 21,584 taxpayers: 8,712 legal entities and 12,872 sole traders. These are entities that are not currently operating.
If no objections are received within 30 calendar days, the tax authorities will initiate proceedings for the compulsory liquidation of companies and the cancellation of sole traders’ registrations. Creditors and other interested parties may suspend the process by submitting an application.
The authorities are continuing to update the register to remove inactive businesses in order to reduce the administrative burden and keep the data up to date.
