01/27/2026, 17:45According to the results of 2024, Ak-Sut OJSC paid only a small portion of the accrued dividends to its shareholders. This follows from the information disclosed by the company on income from securities.
A total of 924 shareholders were entitled to receive dividends, with the total amount of accrued payments amounting to 26.05 million KGS. In fact, only 122 shareholders received dividends, who were paid 2.99 million KGS.
Thus, 802 shareholders did not receive dividends. The amount of money owed to them was 23.05 million KGS, or the overwhelming majority of the total amount of dividends accrued. The non-payment affected 807,727 securities.
The company explained that the reason for the non-payment of dividends was the failure of shareholders to appear to receive the funds owed to them.
