The budget will be replenished by more than 1 billion KGS. The money will be transferred by the State Development Bank

The State Development Bank reported a net profit of 1 billion 86 million 536 thousand KGS for 2024. This was announced by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

At a meeting of shareholders, it was decided that the entire amount – 100% of net profit – will be used to pay dividends to the bank's shareholder.

The dividend per ordinary share has been set at 55.15 KGS.
Dividend payments will begin on 28 May 2025. The transfer of funds to the shareholder is planned to be carried out in three equal instalments by 28 July 2025.

As a reminder, the State Bank is owned by the state.
