10/11/2026, 10:19The Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the scope of use for funds held by state-funded organisations in special accounts within the Single Treasury Account. These funds may now be used not only to strengthen the material and technical base, but also for the construction of buildings and structures.
The relevant resolution was signed by the Prime Minister, Adylbek Kasymaliev, on 6 October 2026. This was reported in the newspaper ‘Erkin Too’.
The amendments have been made to the regulations approved by Resolution No. 302 of 31 May 2025. In particular, the wording ‘to cover current expenditure’ has been replaced with ‘to cover expenditure’, thereby broadening the scope of permissible expenditure.
The decree will come into force 10 days after its official publication.
