08/03/2026, 09:02Private enterprises accounted for 95.8 per cent of Kyrgyzstan’s total industrial output in 2025. These figures are provided by the National Statistical Committee in its report on the structure of industry by form of ownership.
The private sector accounted for 87.6 per cent of all industrial enterprises in the country and 85.5 per cent of the total number of workers in the sector. State-owned enterprises made up 1.7 per cent of the total number of industrial organisations, accounting for 1.2 per cent of production and 3 per cent of those employed in industry.
Municipal enterprises accounted for 10.7 per cent of the total number of industrial organisations. They accounted for 3 per cent of industrial output and 11.5 per cent of the total number of workers in the sector.
