08/03/2026, 10:00Kyrgyzstan’s total foreign and bilateral trade in services stood at $6.67 billion at the end of 2025, an increase of 4.4 per cent compared with 2024 ($6.38 billion).
The bulk of trade was with CIS countries — $4.93 billion, which was 19.1 per cent higher than the previous year. Trade with EAEU countries totalled $4.04 billion (+14.8%). Meanwhile, trade in services with countries outside the CIS fell by 22.6% to $1.74 billion, and with countries outside the EAEU by 8.3% to $2.62 billion.
Kyrgyzstan’s exports of services rose significantly – by 20.1 per cent – to $3.55 billion, compared with $2.95 billion a year earlier. Imports, by contrast, fell by 9.1 per cent – from $3.43 billion to $3.12 billion.
Against this backdrop, the country moved into a trade surplus in services: the surplus stood at around $429.8 million, compared with a deficit of $476.5 million a year earlier.
