04/27/2026, 16:21In the Uzgen District of the Osh Region, it has been established that 1.94 hectares of state-owned land were unlawfully transferred into private ownership. A criminal case has been opened and an investigation is underway.
According to the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan, the violations were identified in the Uzgen District of the Osh Region.
The investigation has established that officials from the State Cadastre Agency of the Uzgen District, according to the investigation, unlawfully issued state deeds of private ownership for land plots and transferred them to individual citizens.
This concerns 1.94 hectares of state-owned land that were transferred to private ownership.
A criminal case has been opened under the article ‘Abuse of official position’. Investigative proceedings are currently ongoing, and all persons involved are being identified.
