The State Mortgage Company’s net profit rose by almost 5.7 times — to 1.8 billion KGS

The year 2025 proved to be significantly more profitable for the State Mortgage Company than the previous year. The State Mortgage Company’s net profit reached 1 billion 788.4 million KGS — an increase of 1 billion 473.9 million KGS compared with the previous year.

By way of comparison, the company recorded a profit of 314.5 million KGS at the end of 2024. Thus, the figure increased by almost 5.7 times over the year, according to the State Mortgage Company’s financial statements.

The sale of property played a significant role in the growth of financial results. Revenue from this source increased more than tenfold – from 159.7 million KGS to 1 billion 657.9 million KGS.

At the same time, the company’s interest income rose. Whilst in 2024 it stood at 398.6 million KGS, by 2025 it had reached 1 billion 379.2 million KGS — an increase of almost 3.5 times.

The State Mortgage Company’s profit before tax approached 2.1 billion KGS, compared with 348.1 million KGS a year earlier.

Expenses rose in line with revenue. Staff costs increased 2.4-fold to 449.8 million KGS, whilst other expenses tripled to 65.6 million KGS. The company paid 283.4 million KGS in corporation tax — more than eight times as much as in 2024.
