The Chon-Alai Aiyl Okmotu has been fined 40,000 KGS for waste and exhaust emissions

Inspectors from the Osh Regional Directorate of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service under the Ministry of Natural Resources uncovered the illegal storage of waste and excessive levels of pollutants in the exhaust emissions of an official vehicle at the Chon-Alai Aiyl Okmotu.

The inspection is being carried out as part of the 2026 plan. In the Kyzyl-Eshme area, inspectors discovered various types of waste being stored in an unauthorised location. An administrative fine of 17,000 KGS was imposed for this offence.

Special equipment was also used to test the impact of exhaust emissions from the aiyl okmotu’s service vehicles on the atmosphere. In one of the vehicles, the level of pollutants exceeded the permitted limits, resulting in a fine of 23,000 KGS.

The total amount of administrative fines amounted to 40,000 KGS.
