The preferential financing programme provides for the issuance of loans of up to 150,000 KGS.
Funding is provided from the republican budget through Ayl Bank and Eldik Bank.
In 2025, 146 citizens were granted loans totalling 18 million 82 thousand KGS under this programme.
As part of the work to connect the country's settlements to the gas network, Gazprom Kyrgyzstan has invested 33 billion KGS in the development of gas infrastructure. As a result, compared to 2014, the level of gasification by 2025 has increased from 22% to 44%. The number of subscribers has reached 444,000.
To date, 54 residential areas in Bishkek have been gasified, with more than 51,000 subscribers connected to gas. Of these, 36,000 homes have converted their boiler rooms to gas heating. As a result of the gasification of residential areas, average coal consumption has been reduced by more than 100,000 tonnes per year.
In total, in 2025, about 5,000 homes in Bishkek began using gas heating. At the same time, 97,317 homes still use coal and other types of fuel.
Gasification works are an important step towards improving the environmental situation, raising the quality of life of the population and reducing air pollution. Citizens can apply to Ayil Bank and Eldik Bank for gas pipeline connections.
