Kindergarten in Ysyk-Ata district returned to the state balance

An illegally privatised kindergarten in Ysyk-Ata district of Chui region was returned to state ownership.

The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic returned a kindergarten in the village of Syn-Tash, Ysyk-Ata district, Chui oblast, to the state as a result of verification measures.

In 2005, this pre-school educational institution for 140 children was illegally privatised into private ownership by the former mayor of Osh, Satybaldy Chirmashev (who was mayor of Osh in 2003). 

The territory of the kindergarten, measuring 0.53 hectares and with a usable area of 1,94 square metres, was returned to the balance of the state. The kindergarten was transferred to the balance of Syn-Tash aiyl okmotu of Ysyk-Ata district of Chui oblast in accordance with the agreement ‘On transfer of property into ownership’.
