Salary calculation coefficients have been standardised for all teachers

The coefficients used to calculate teachers’ salaries have been standardised. This was announced today, 27 April, at a press conference by representatives of the Ministry of Education.

According to the ministry, separate bonus coefficients were previously applied to teachers of STEM subjects and primary school teachers. A single coefficient has now been introduced for all teachers.

The standardised coefficients came into effect on 1 April.
