05/12/2026, 09:12The third and final stage of the auction for the sale of lots within the ‘Jyrgalan’ resort, part of the ‘Ala-Too Resort’ project, will take place on 27–29 May. The auction will be held in an open online format on the electronic platform of the State Agency for State Property Management under the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan.
The final 19 lots, intended for the construction of tourist and infrastructure facilities, will be put up for auction. The project plans to create hotels of various categories, apartments, restaurants and other facilities for the tourism industry.
Local and foreign investors, construction companies, representatives of the hotel industry, as well as legal entities and individuals are invited to participate.
According to the organisers, during the two previous stages of the auction, 31 out of 50 lots put up for sale were sold.
