10/12/2026, 13:26The own-source revenues of Kyzyl-Kii, Aidarken and the Kadamzhay District have, on average, doubled since 2021. President Sadyr Zhaparov made this statement on 12 October during a meeting with residents of the region.
The Head of State emphasised the need to expand existing enterprises, launch new production facilities and create jobs. In particular, he called for an increase in production at the ‘Global Garment’ factory and the development of agricultural processing.
According to the President, the government is also working to resume operations at the Kadamzhay antimony plant and the Aidarken mercury complex. A plant for processing mercury waste is being built in Aidarken, whilst the antimony complex has been transferred to the management of ‘Kyrgyzaltyn’.
During the meeting, they also discussed issues relating to drinking water supply and sewerage in Kyzyl-Kie, the provision of housing, and the opening of a consultation and diagnostic department at the local General Practice Centre.
