A cold storage facility costing 110 million som has been opened in the Chui Region

A cold storage facility costing 110 million som for the storage of agricultural produce has been launched in the village of Belovodskoye in the Chui Region. The facility has created more than 20 jobs.

The project was implemented by the company ‘Klubmalina’. Of the total cost of 75 million som, 75 million som was provided by a project funded by the Asian Development Bank, with the remainder coming from the company’s own resources.

The complex covers an area of approximately 1,500 square metres. The facility is expected to expand the capacity for storing and processing agricultural produce, as well as helping to boost the export potential of Kyrgyz producers.
