Illegal construction has been uncovered on three plots in the Ak-Ordo housing estate

Raids to identify illegal land occupation and unauthorised construction are continuing in Bishkek. In the Ak-Ordo housing estate, violations were discovered on three plots of land, and the relevant documents have been forwarded to the law enforcement authorities.

Inspections were carried out in all four districts of the capital. In the Sverdlovsk District, explanatory discussions were held with residents, whilst in the Oktyabrsky and Leninsky districts, no violations were found on the majority of the areas inspected.

In the Pervomaisky District, instructions were given to organise daily raids. The inspections are aimed at preventing the illegal seizure of land and are being carried out in accordance with the presidential decree of 8 April 2022.
