11/10/2025, 09:50At an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of OJSC Airports of Kyrgyzstan held on 31 October, the company's updated budget for the current year was approved.
According to the shareholders' decision, the company's revenues were approved in the amount of 9 billion 966.8 million KGS, and expenses — 6 billion 675.8 million KGS. Thus, the company's net budget surplus will exceed 3.29 billion KGS.
The quorum of the meeting was 90.27%, which ensured the legitimacy of the decisions.
As a reminder, 83.0444% or 37.5 million shares of the company are held by the State Agency for State Property Management, 6.7462% or 3.05 million shares are held by the Social Fund, 6.5941% belong to 2,527 individuals, and another 3.6153% belong to 22 legal entities.
