08/19/2025, 16:33The National Bank has published the official exchange rates for 20 August. According to the updated data, the dollar exchange rate has not changed, while the euro has lost its position against the som by 0.05%, to 102.1503 KGS.
The Russian ruble also lost ground against the som, falling to 1.0865 KGS, or 0.4%.
The Chinese yuan, on the contrary, strengthened against the som to 1.0949 KGS, or 0.14%.
The Chinese yuan also fell by 0.04% to 12.1796 KGS.
The Kazakh tenge, on the contrary, strengthened its position against the som by 0.37% to 0.1624 KGS.
