The share of the Ministry of Information Technology in the authorized capital of Kyrgyz Post has increased

Kyrgyz Post has recorded changes in the structure of securities ownership among legal entities. According to the disclosed information, the share of the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies in the company's authorized capital has been increased.

Prior to the change, the ministry owned 4,626,393 shares, which corresponded to 82.89% of the authorized capital of Kyrgyz Post JSC, or 2.31 billion KGS in monetary terms.

After the changes, the number of securities owned by the ministry increased to 4,669,737 shares, and its share increased to 83.02%, equivalent to 2,330 million KGS.

The change in the ministry's share in the authorized capital of Kyrgyz Post OJSC took place on December 3.
