The project, worth KGS 10 million, was implemented by Energotrade LLC on behalf of the Ministry of Energy. Power lines and a transformer were built and poles were installed, bringing electricity to the homes of 16 subscribers.
The connection ceremony took place on June 13 with the participation of Energy Minister Taalaibek Ibraev. He emphasized that the project was the result of an appeal by residents at the People's Kurultai and an instruction by President Zaparov to provide electricity to every home.
Previously, residents used a small hydroelectric power plant with a capacity of 10 kilowatt-hours, but it broke down in 2015. The new project has radically improved living conditions and the work of the road service, which maintains a 36 km section.
