As part of this effort, two new socially significant services have been launched, available in the Tunduk mobile application.
The aim of these innovations is to simplify citizens' interaction with medical institutions and reduce bureaucratic burdens.
It is now possible to register with a polyclinic entirely online, without visiting the reception desk.
The clinic is obliged to review the application within three working days. Registration can only be refused if the limit for registered citizens in that organisation has been exceeded. Notification: after review, you will receive a PUSH notification in Tunduk informing you that your application has been approved or rejected.
You can also submit a request for a local medical worker to visit your home, which ensures a prompt response. The reception desk is required to accept and assign a qualified medical worker no later than one working day after receiving the request.
Service may only be refused if the patient lives outside the service area or there are no available medical workers.
The introduction of these digital measures is aimed at improving the accessibility of medical care, especially for citizens with limited mobility and residents of remote areas. The new services increase the efficiency of medical workers and strengthen trust in state digital platforms.
