According to him, the roadmap for implementing a unified policy in this sector will provide for the participation of the scientific community, as well as additional measures to attract skilled personnel to the industry and improve the quality of logistics services.
Mishustin noted that it is important to more actively introduce electronic document management and continue the digitalisation of freight rail transport, both within the EAEU and in cooperation with partners from friendly countries. One of the key areas will be the formation of joint mechanisms and common approaches to the application of risk management systems.
According to the Russian Prime Minister, this will optimise the work of control services and reduce the burden on conscientious entrepreneurs.
«We are constantly focusing on issues that are of particular concern to the citizens of the five countries», — he stressed, adding that joint work in the transport and logistics sector has a direct impact on the economic development of the Union.
