The ban, which had been in effect for more than 10 years, was due to the high risks of this category of goods. Now simplifications are available to the most verified participants of foreign economic activity.
According to Davydov, this decision will reduce business costs, increase budget revenues of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries and promote entrepreneurship. He also emphasised that foreign trade indicators of the EAEU countries have grown by 50-60% over the past ten years, and the change of trade directions to the East and South opens up new opportunities for accelerated development of the Union.
