Erlist Akunbekov appointed acting deputy prime minister

Erlist Akunbekov has been appointed acting Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Akunbekov is a native of Osh and a graduate of Osh State University and Moscow State University of Management. He heads the agricultural and industrial company ATS-Group and is chairman of the Association of Fertiliser Suppliers. In recent years, Erlist Akunbekov has been actively cooperating with farms, promoting modern management methods and supporting domestic producers.
