The National Bank has temporarily suspended the operations of three currency exchange bureaux in Bishkek

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has suspended the licences of three currency exchange bureaux in Bishkek. The suspension will be in force from 10 to 12 June 2026 inclusive.

The decision was taken due to violations of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the regulatory legal acts of the National Bank.

The currency exchange bureaux affected by the temporary suspension are BNB Finance LLC at 98 Bokonbaeva Street, Morion LLC at 119 Shopokova Street, and Alfa-Express LLC at 119/3 Shopokova Street, all operating in Bishkek.

Once the suspension period has ended, the exchange bureaux may resume operations provided that the identified violations have been rectified and the regulator’s requirements are met.
