In Talas, 319 families have received flats under the state mortgage scheme

A ceremony was held in Talas to hand over the keys to flats in the new ‘Tynchtyk Ordo’ residential complex, built by the State Mortgage Company. A total of 319 families received their new homes.

During a working visit to the Talas Region, Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev took part in the ceremony to hand over the keys to the flats to their new owners.

The ‘Tynchtyk Ordo’ residential complex consists of 11 blocks and comprises 319 flats.

Congratulating the new residents, Kasymaliev noted that providing citizens with affordable housing remains one of the priorities of state policy. According to him, the development of housing construction today extends not only to Bishkek and major cities, but also to the country’s regions.

He also emphasised that the implementation of such projects contributes to regional development, improves access to housing and creates conditions under which more citizens will be able to purchase their own flats.
