FinanceCreditBank increases its authorised capital to 904.8 million KGS

FinanceCreditBank OJSC has decided to increase its authorised capital to 904,815,600 KGS by issuing 43,770, 3,000 additional shares of the eighth issue.

The shares will be placed privately amongst shareholders entitled to dividends for 2025, at a price of 1 KGS per share.

Payment for the new shares will be made both from dividends and in cash by shareholders who have not given their written consent to the acquisition of shares using dividends. In the event of a refusal to accept the shares, they will be offered to other shareholders in proportion to their holdings.
