07/21/2025, 11:29The Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service has revoked the licences of three virtual asset exchange operators. The relevant order was signed on 17 July this year.
The licences of Profit Coin LLC (licensed on 3 June 2024), Numis Coin LLC (licensed on 3 June 2024) and Lupibit LLC (licensed on 16 July 2024) were revoked.
The basis for the revocation was the provisions of the Law ‘On Virtual Assets,’ in particular, Articles 31 and 32. The law stipulates that a licence is subject to revocation if, within 12 months of its receipt, the company has not commenced actual operations or has suspended them for a period exceeding six months.
We would like to add that there are currently 163 companies listed in the Finnadzor register of virtual asset exchange operators.
