09/25/2025, 10:52At an extraordinary general meeting held on 18 September, the shareholders of OJSC Frunze House-Building Combine approved the transfer of a number of real estate properties to state ownership free of charge.
Thus, two pioneer camps in the Leninsky district of Bishkek, Stroitel (12.52 hectares) and Dubinin (7.5 hectares), and a mini-resort located on a 9,100 square metre plot of land in the village of Kara-Oy in the Issyk-Kul region on the territory of the Altyn-Kol resort. Finally, non-residential hotel premises located on a land plot of 11 acres in microdistrict 7 of Bishkek were transferred to the state.
The shareholders unanimously confirmed the legality of the company's management actions, noting that the transfer of the facilities was carried out in order to comply with the law, prevent risks and protect the interests of the company and its shareholders.
The company was represented in the transactions by FDSK secretary Svetlana Isaeva. The properties were transferred to the state between 13 June and 2 July.
