09/19/2024, 11:22Since the launch of its activities, the OJSC “Guarantee Fund” has issued 3 thousand 898 guarantees worth about 3 billion KGS in support of women's entrepreneurship. According to the Fund, this measure allowed women entrepreneurs to receive loans worth over 8.6 billion KGS.
The share of women among the recipients of guarantees keeps growing: in 2022 it was 29%, in 2023 - 41%, and in the first eight months of 2024 - 40%. During this period, the fund provided 915 guarantees totalling about 677 million KGS, which enabled women to obtain loans worth 1.9 billion KGS.
Entrepreneurial women who took advantage of the guarantees work in various sectors: from farming and processing to construction and tourism.
