The program is designed to help people buy their own homes and improve their living conditions.
Guarantees under the program are available to Kyrgyz citizens who are able to work and have at least one year of continuous employment or entrepreneurial activity. Another requirement is that they must be employed in the republic.
The program allows you to get a guarantee of up to 30% of the cost of the property you're buying. It covers the purchase of individual houses, apartments in apartment buildings, including housing under construction. The fee for providing the guarantee is 2% of its amount and is paid once when you sign up. The maximum term of mortgage financing under the program is 15 years.
“Kelecek” is a continuation of the Guarantee Fund's cooperation with the State Mortgage Company and Eldik Bank, which began in 2022. During this time, more than 150 citizens have already taken advantage of the guarantee support, with the total amount of mortgage loans guaranteed exceeding 343 million KGS and the amount of the guarantees themselves totaling 39 million.
