Gasification, land disputes and a shortage of doctors: what the residents of Talas asked Sadyr Zhaparov

Today, 2 November, during a working visit to the Talas Region, President Sadyr Zhaparov answered questions from residents of the city of Talas and the Talas and Bakai-Atin districts.

Residents of the region raised issues including support for agricultural producers and the preservation of historical memory, gasification, amnesties, the improvement of public spaces and the construction of social infrastructure, land and property disputes, staff shortages and a lack of hospital beds in healthcare organisations, and many others.

In addition, appeals were made regarding criminal cases and the actions of law enforcement agencies.

The Head of State instructed the relevant ministries and departments to examine the citizens’ appeals and to ensure that criminal cases and property disputes are dealt with impartially.
