Incomes in Bishkek were above the national average, with residents earning 3,700 KGS more than the average. A slight increase was noted in the city of Osh — by 248.7 KGS, as well as in the Chui region — by 434.8 KGS. These regions maintain their leadership in terms of income levels thanks to a more active economy and a greater number of jobs.
In other regions, incomes were below the national average. The most significant lag was recorded in the Naryn region, where the average income of Kyrgyz citizens is 3,200 KGS lower. In the Issyk-Kul region, incomes are 2,100 KGS lower, and in the Talas region, 1,600 KGS lower. A smaller but still noticeable gap is observed in the Jalal-Abad (by 931.5 KGS), Batken (by 857.5 KGS) and Osh (by 694.1 KGS) regions.
Thus, the economic picture remains uneven, with the southern and northern regions lagging behind in terms of income, while Bishkek continues to maintain a confident lead.
